What should you do when Prepping Your Home for Sale?
This is one of the biggest questions I get as I run into people thinking about the idea of moving. I put together this quick set of slides with photos of homes I’ve sold over the years to show what really stands out when you are prepping your home for sale.
Most sellers don’t realize that the first showing for buyers these days takes place online, on a mobile device, in the car, at work or late at night after their kids are tucked in bed and they are perusing listings on their tablet.
Professional photography is considered a given (and if you are reading this and have listed your home with an agent who is careless enough not to know better, good luck). Buyers don’t want to waste time by scheduling a showing in person if they can’t already see the majority of the info they need online.
